We will immediately pass your enquiry to one of specialist Solicitors, either in house or external, who will contact you within the next 3 working days to discuss your claim further with you.  After they have spoken with you, they will decide whether they wish to take the case on a no win no fee basis.  All our Solicitors are highly experienced specialists in accident & injury & medical negligence law.

The service we offer you is entirely free to you and Gordons Injury Lawyers LLP will neither charge you a fee nor take any share of your compensation in any circumstances whatsoever.  We also require all our Solicitors to offer you a no win no fee agreement.

All we ask is that you do not approach any other claims company or Solicitors for a period of 3 working days from the day we took details from you.  This is to give our Solicitors time to call you to discuss the case further and to make their decision.  It is, however, very unlikely to take as long as 3 days and we will endeavour to get you started on your road to compensation well within that time scale.

Once your claim has been accepted, Gordons Injury Lawyers LLP will write to you to confirm this.  After that, all your dealings will be with your own Solicitor directly.  We will then leave you in your Solicitor’s more than capable hands, so your claim remains fully confidential.
